Fresh 48 Session with Baby Harvey Sneak Peek

I’m so excited to offer Fresh 48 Sessions. These are done within the first 48 hous of your new baby’s arrival. So much changes so fast, so capturing those first moments is priceless.

These aren’t newborn shoots because they include the parents and they aren’t staged at all. They’re perfect for families who aren’t confortable with a birth photographer but are interested in remembering those first moments after baby’s arrival.

I did a video shoot for baby Neil and Sarah but I couldn’t resist snapping a few photos of their sweet babymoon while there. “A few” photos turned into 100, and lots and lots of video. I’m still working through editing the video but here’s a really small sneak peek to hold you over until it’s done.

Austin family photographer: Tara and Liam’s Mommy & Me Shoot

It was quite the honor to do a mommy and me session for my good friend and personal photographer Tara not long after the arrival of her new baby boy Liam.

She’s normally behind the camera taking beautiful photos of her son, but now that she has a kiddo of her own, she also wants proof  she was there. I went to her house and shot a lifestyle mommy and me session inside with some photos and video.Then we drove to a nearby park and did a portrait-style mommy and me session. I’ll post more of the photos a little later.

But first… If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much is a video worth?

There’s nothing like a mama lovin on her baby. And there’s nothin like a video capturing those early precious moments because we all know it goes by too fast.

Open for business!

Why hello! I’m over the moon excited to finally have my site up and running. It’s something I’ve been thinking about and planning for some time, and finally I’m doing it! Photography has been a hobby I’ve developed over the past year and videography is a passion I’ve been pursuing since high school. I’m finally merging the two and seeing where this takes me.

So friends, family, and readers who have been following my blog and photography journey for a long time, I’m excited to share my talents with you and help preserve those butterfly moments you want to treasure forever.
